WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not offer returns or exchanges after purchase.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Currently we only accept credit and/or debit cards and we now have Afterpay available. If another form of payment needs to be arranged, please email us to discuss possible solutions.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
At the moment, due to the recent start up, we are not offering the gift card option. We would like you to know that this will be an option in the near future.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

For made to order nails it can take 7-14 days to ship (this is just an estimate. If there is a high volume of orders, it can take longer up to 6 weeks to ship.)

For ready to ship nails it will take 1-3 days to ship

Longer shipping times for the made to order nails are due to the nails being hand crafted. We work quickly but want to ensure quality over quantity.
ARE THE NAILS DURABLE?
Yes, our team has tested this product chemically, thermally and physically to ensure the best quality for our customers. With the proper care and application (see care instructions), these nails can last you for 2 week to 1 month.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZED ORDERS?
Yes we offer custom orders. Should you want a custom order, please email us with your request using the "Contact Us' form below. The subject line should state 'Custom Order Request'.
